IPCC Seventh Assessment Report, Working Group III

Lead Author, Chapter 14 on integration and interactions across sectors and systems, 2025 to 2029. Leads the chapter section on digitalisation, leads the Working Group III cross-chapter assessment of carbon capture and storage and carbon capture and utilisation, and leads a cross-Working Group assessment of geological carbon dioxide storage. Contributes to cross-Working Group assessments on the ethical governance of solar radiation modification, on net zero, on overshoot, and on tipping elements.

World Climate Research Programme

Lead Author, assessment of high-impact climate events, tipping points and irreversible regional impacts, 2024 to 2027. Co-leads Section 7 on threshold breaching and tipping points in socioecological impacts.

IPCC Task Group on Data

Member for the Seventh Assessment cycle, 2025 to present. Ex-officio member through the Sixth Assessment cycle, 2019 to 2024.
